These Terms & Conditions govern your use of drrise.in and any services provided by Dr Rise (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

01  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting a form, or entering into a service agreement with us, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

02  Services Description

Dr Rise provides digital marketing services exclusively for healthcare businesses — doctors, clinics, and hospitals — including but not limited to search engine optimisation, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), social media management, website design and development, content marketing, and online reputation management. The specific scope of services for any client is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

03  Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • —Provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed to deliver services (e.g. clinic details, credentials, content approvals)
  • —Ensure that any medical claims, credentials, or qualifications you provide us for use in marketing materials are truthful and verifiable
  • —Review and approve ad creative and copy before it goes live, where review is requested
  • —Maintain your own compliance with applicable medical council regulations (e.g. NMC guidelines) for your practice
  • —Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule

04  Fees & Payment Terms

Service fees are outlined in your individual proposal or service agreement and are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads budgets) is separate from our service fees and is paid directly to the respective ad platforms or managed through a dedicated ad account, as agreed with you.

Late payments may result in a pause of active services until the account is brought current.

05  Contract Term & Cancellation

Unless a fixed-term agreement is separately signed, our engagements operate on a no lock-in, month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for services rendered are non-refundable; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

06  Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (e.g. website code, ad creative, written content) become your property, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Dr Rise retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used to deliver services, and may showcase completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

07  Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, patient-adjacent, or strategic information shared during the engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of delivering or receiving services. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

08  No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control — market conditions, competitor activity, platform algorithm changes, and your clinic’s own conversion of leads into patients. While we set realistic targets and report transparently, we do not guarantee specific numbers of leads, patients, rankings, or revenue. Case studies and statistics shown on our website and marketing materials are illustrative of past results for specific clients and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for any other client.

09  Regulatory Compliance

We review advertising content against our understanding of NMC and ICMR advertising guidelines as a matter of internal process. However, final regulatory responsibility for the accuracy of medical claims and compliance with applicable medical council rules rests with the client as the licensed practitioner or institution. We are not a substitute for your own legal or regulatory counsel.

10  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr Rise’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunity.

11  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12  Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
